RAJAH CARUTH – DRIVER – #88 JR Motorsport + #32 Jordan Anderson Racing

Rajah “Kirby” Caruth enters his rookie campaign in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series in 2026, continuing his rapid rise toward NASCAR’s top level. He will compete in 23 races driving the No. 88 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro for JR Motorsports, while also running the full O’Reilly Auto Parts Series schedule in the No. 32 Chevrolet for Jordan Anderson Racing.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and Washington, D.C., Caruth developed a passion for motorsports early in life. He began racing competitively at 16 and quickly gained national attention through iRacing, where he was discovered by the NASCAR Impact Program via the eNASCAR Ignite Series. His transition to Late Model Stock Cars with Rev Racing in 2021 included wins at Greenville-Pickens, Hickory, and Tri-County, followed by a strong 2022 ARCA Menards Series season with eight top-fives, 14 top-10s, and a third-place championship finish.

Caruth moved to full-time NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series competition in 2023 with GMS Racing, earning four top-10 finishes despite the team’s midseason closure. He also made multiple O’Reilly Auto Parts Series starts during that period. In 2024, he joined Spire Motorsports and quickly made history, winning at Las Vegas Motor Speedway to become one of only three African-American drivers to win a NASCAR national touring series race, and the first Caribbean-American to do so. That season, he recorded two poles, one win, five top-fives, 12 top-10s, and advanced to the Round of 8.

Returning to Spire in 2025, Caruth delivered a career-best season with a victory at Nashville Superspeedway, a personal-high 202 laps led, and 13 top-10 finishes. He again reached the Round of 8 and finished sixth in the championship standings. Off the track, Caruth is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Motorsports Management.
